Pros (+) Hotel was very clean. We enjoyed the pool. The hotel is close to the Starline Ferry. The hot breakfast was wonderful!!!

Cons (-) I ordered a king size room and got two gueen size beds. They weren't very accommodating and their rooms are outdated. Fridge didn't work well and had to program remote for tv. Also the room was wasn't as clean as it could have been. Missed the details.

Pros (+) I booked a room on line with no views of the island and got upgraded to a islnd view on the 3rd floor. Hotel was very clean. Lovely stay.
Cons (-) The carpet by the entry was starting to give out and I stepped on a tack strip a few times, watching TV there coaxial are not tucked away behind the TV. I know i stayed at the end of the season so I expected much worse than that.

Cons (-) You have to walk outside to get to breakfast. Really nice on a sunny summer morning. Not so much in winter.

Pros (+) I thought the balcony overlooking the lake was great, see the island, boats and birds. Great view.
Cons (-) Bathroom fan worked when it wanted to, didn't work for showers but it came on during the night when you used the bathroom at 3:00 AM. I heard banging from other fans. They need worked on. Didn't like the hard water. The bedding wasn't the best either. For what I paid for the room for 1 night, things should of been better. Oh, parking isn't the best. Needs spruced up. Pros (+) Lakeside view rooms even when I booked a non-lakeview room. Awesome breakfast. The catering staff were really friendly and helpful even at the end of the breakfast sessions. Nice grounds. Very near to all the docks. Would definitely recommend.
