Pros (+) Loved the hammocks on the front porch, relative privacy if you want it, clean bathrooms and showers, friendly and responsive staff, amazing Victorian architecture & fascinating history of the building. Easy walk to Capitol, Old Town, and street cars.
Cons (-) Downtown neighborhood is deserted on weekends except for a significant homeless population.
