Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's central and convenient location, making it easy to access shops, transport, and local attractions. Many reviews highlight the friendly and accommodating staff, with several guests mentioning specific positive experiences with team members. However, cleanliness is a recurring concern, with multiple guests noting dirty rooms, stained bedding, and dated facilities. While some guests found the beds comfortable, others reported issues with mattress quality. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and service, but improvements in cleanliness and room updates are needed.
