|Top route||Paris Orly to Casablanca Mohamed V|
|Top airport||Casablanca Mohamed V|
Pros: The middle seat wasn't occupied
Cons: The US security check took about 30 minutes as they had to call a bomb-sniffing dog for the candles we bought. Note that they don't allow you to bring beverages bought at the airport, post-security check, onto the airplane. My seat was dirty from the prior flight when I got there. The steward came over and wiped it down with a wet wipe. We used the blanket to cover the middle seat as it was just as dirty. The food is barely edible, the movie selection is poor. They didn;t hand out any of the normal arrival forms for the US.
Pros: It got us to Casablanca. Should have taken a car though
Cons: The plane sat on the runway at over 100 F and the A/C was not on. They barely started it once we were in the air
Pros: Nothing to like aboie this flight , my worst night mare . They are all corrupted I was told to pay for the trip I already paid for. The plain had an engine failure, I could not reach Casablanca for my next flight
Pros: I liked nothing about this airline. Lucky I am life… Just when we took off , the pilot announced an engine failure, we returned to Marrakech airport waiting for information instead we were walked around the another from gate to gate, yet still no information. At 3:30 PM we were told that there is no flight that day. They put us in hotel at 8:30 PM. I am at the hotel at this time without information regarding the next flight . This is the worst airline I ever used in my life, not even some sort of customer service.
Cons: Expel ROYAL AIR MAROC from your list of offers Punish them for treating travelers like garbage. I expect a refund from the price I paid
Cons: Serve better food
Pros: Everything I liked it bravo 👏👏
Cons: Everything good job 👏
Cons: The stewards seemed frustrated. Not quick to accommodate.
Pros: The attendants were much more helpful than my last trip. Everything went well.
Cons: I thought it was too crowded during the pandemic. Too many people on the flight. One man behind me kept sneezing so that was concerning. No other complaints for this trip but most of my previous trips were close to terrible. Thanks for improving your service.
Pros: The crew was rude and unhelpful.
Cons: The professionalism of the crew, the quality and taste of the food. The comfort of the seat.
Pros: Very courteous staff. High quality in-flight meals.
Cons: All great!
Pros: First flight from Nice to Casablanca was delayed 40 minutes out of 120 between flights. Crew assisted me in getting from one to the other. Big bonus: my checked luggage made it to the second flight!
Cons: All good.
Pros: Good customer service
Cons: Checkin agents to be trained for a professional behaivor ..
Pros: stupid flight outrage prices
Cons: respect and lower the damn prices
Pros: I didn't get the fast track invitation while I am a gold member
Pros: The flight was on time. Luggage was handled well. Coach seats were okay with decent space. I had read some negative reviews but our experience was satisfactory.
Cons: Customer service could have been better but they did do their job getting us there.
Pros: Their in flight service was incredible
Cons: One thing I hated was that they didn’t have anyone at the rechecked bags counter for connecting flights
Pros: I was concerned about Royal Air Maroc’s mixed reviews, however, our direct flight from Miami to Casablanca was on time, no damage or loss of luggage, coach seats were okay, food was average, flight and crew were polite and helpful. All-in-all it was satisfactory for the price.
Cons: The food was average - standard for coach.
Cons: Flight was delayed by an hour and a half and no announcements were made
Pros: Service smilles confort
Cons: Forced us to pay extra for seat assignments then allowed other passengers to take them. Entertainment did not work despite being reset many times. No additional beverage service outside of meals
Cons: Plane a little dirty
Pros: The crew was ok , they lack customer service skill. The landing in Istanbul seemed very dangerous. Never had such landing in my life
Pros: Lots of entertainment video options. Movies, TV, documentaries. No news.Comfortable seats. Asked for a seat change and got my own aisle seat as well as middle and window! A sleep lounger! Thanks! It was a 7 hour smooth sailing trip that went by fast. Also, nice big clean plane, great weather. If you'd like some very good wine with the supplied dinner, you need to ask for it..and its free. They just keep it on the downlow. I had the red Medina local wine, and I can tell you it's really Good! Dry, similar to a good Italian. Not lyin! Small bottle, 2 glasses, comes with the meal free. Maybe more free. but I didnt ask since I took a nap.
Cons: I can not get my luggage for more than 6 months
Pros: The crew really was excellent! Superb landing. I didnt feel a bump.
Cons: It was a great flight! I could have been upgraded to business class but other than that...superb
Pros: The crew was great! Kind, helpful and very efficient. Smooth landing by the pilots. Good communication also.
Cons: Boarding was very rough and disorganized. My seat was broken . Had to sit in an unhinged recline the entire flight because all seats were taken. Old plane. Two over head bin doors kept opening during turbulence. Would have been nice to be able to purchase better meal options.
Pros: It was a smooth journey. The crew members were great
Cons: There was about an hour delay
