Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and the spaciousness of the rooms, which many found comfortable for their stay. However, there were frequent complaints about the lack of reception, poor communication, and difficulty reaching staff, which led to stressful check-in experiences for several guests. Cleanliness was also a concern, with reports of dust, dirty appliances, and maintenance issues in some rooms. Despite these drawbacks, some guests appreciated the amenities and found the hotel to offer good value for money.
