Comfortable beds, good location, friendly host, overall tidy and clean, very warm.
Mouldy shower door handle, parking is a bit tight for getting in/out of.

Not having laundry facilities to use. Washing was being done and dried by staff for a cost. Kitchen was not properly eqipped,i.e. there were no bowls at all.
