Pros: The hostess spoke perfect English and was very welcoming. She asked us what we would like to do during our stay and she helped us plot our time accordingly. She suggested a little beach and a wonderful restaurant on that beach for an early dinner which was magical. There was parking available upon request.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Where to start! Hospitality and charm! THE LOCATION - perched above a beautiful Mediterranean seascape, viewed from my private terrace and from the dining terrace. GETTING THERE - bus stop 'Les 4 Chemins' is almost outside the door - use Zest bus 100 (Nice to Menton, 1.5€ per trip) or Lignes D'azure bus 110 (from just outside the Nice airport terminal, 22€). Or the train - a 5 minute walk. If using the train, be aware you'll need to carry your luggage uphill with narrow or non existant footpaths. There's a shortcut via a network of staircases. HELPFUL STAFF - the three ladies, Patricia, Marine and Muriel were always totally helpful and ensured m.y stay was amazing. No question was to hard - they even helped with bus and train timetables and suggestions for sightseeing. THE AREA - wow! Beautiful azure Mediterranean beaches (two), one with its own little cafè right there on the beach. Beautiful walks around Cap Martin and up to the amazing old town (Vieux Village). Hidden amongst the hobbit-like stone nooks and crannies of the old town were some lovely restaurants and cafes. And the view at the top near the chateau were to die for! Well worth the steep climb. Good place to base yourself for visiting Menton, Monaco and Ventimiglia (across the border - nb on Fridays is market day and the trains are packed). THE FOOD - I only had breakfast there, but wow - what a breakfast! I've never been keen on continental breakfast but this one broke the mould. A basket of lovely fresh fruit including cherries, gooseberries, strawberries, apricots, banana and avocado. A basket of fresh warm bread with a croissant and brioche bun. Lovely coffee with warm milk, and a little jug of iced water - all very 'French'. And all in the terrace with the sparkling Mediterranean sea right there! They provide lunch and dinner too. Hôtel Le Roquebrune is definitely a great place to stay!
Cons: Nothing not to like - it was wonderful!

Pros: The view is amazing. The hotel was clean and cozy and elegant. The staff is amazing, kind and helpful. Would go back anytime.
Cons: Access to the beach is some 300 steps down. It’s fine, but for people who can’t walk well, it’s difficult. There are no shops near.

7,5 Good
Pros: We had room 24 and had the most amazing view to the sea! If you have a room to the street I wouldn’t like to stay in this hotel. The street is extremely noisy!
7,1 Good
Pros: It was close to my work place.
Cons: The view is amazing

Pros: Charming small old world hotel decorated with exquisite taste! Minutes to Monaco for a trip to the famous Monte Carlos Casino. Day trip to Eze for a cool mid evil castle expirence. Beach is very close.
5,8 Okay
Pros: The view of the sea is beautiful
Cons: Two single beds put together does not make one matrimonial bed. Serving defrosted croissants for breakfast in France is unforgivable if you ask me.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great location close to the beach, nice people, delicious breakfast, definitely highly recommended!!!!
Cons: Nothing
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: only close to beach
Cons: very bad behaviour as they said they don’t wanna provide eggs and bread when i just come to eat breakfast, rotten fruits, smal and smelly room , toilet smelled, completely waste of time and money;very disappointed, nothing to say.....
7,1 Good
Pros: Good views if your room looks to the sea. The room is big enough but it's a little old. The bathroom is quite new. Beach is composed of stones, and it's not comfortable.
Cons: Have to pay for Parking in the street from 8 to 20h , except on Sundays. Hotel provided me with a card to replace parking tickets (8€ day). We went all days to visit other places and didn't park in the payable timetable. But the hotel charge me anyway 8€/day, even for the Sunday. So, if you're planning to go out during daytime better to pay some hours in the street machines.

4,2 Okay
Pros: The location was very good, close to the beach and close to the centre
Cons: The room was truly awful! It was nothing like the pictures online. We were given a room in poor condition, not very clean (there were two huge cockroaches in the room when we arrived (I hope that they hadn't been forced to pay the expensive rates for this place!!). Our room looked onto several huge air conditioning units which were active all night and very noisy.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful and big bedroom with amazing View . Quiet location, staff very helpful!
Cons: N/a
7,9 Good
Pros: Front sea location.
Cons: Semi-basement, basic conditions.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The property is on a really nice location, first row from the beach. Although there is no real bed, the pull out sofa was really comfortable. There is reserved parking in front of the property and never did I have to search for it.
Cons: The staff claims they speak English. Unfortunately, only the woman working at the desk while I was checking out seemed to speak the language somewhat fluently. When I inquired about parking rates and the wifi password the return information I received was in French. I understand that being in a foreign country requires adaptability from both parties, the fact remains that all information is in French and someone that does not speak the language will have a difficult time figuring certain things.
7,9 Good
Cons: not enough toiletpaper no cleaning if you stay longer only when you leave the appartment
7,5 Good
Pros: The room was OK, had AC. Shower was a good size, nice towels. The fridge worked.
Cons: Too much noise in the morning coming from hallways. Not sure if it was from the maids cleaning the rooms.
6,7 Good
Pros: It was clean and the bed was comfy
Cons: The air conditioning was really noisy but we could not turn it off as if we opened the window there was a very noisy machine right outside the bedroom window, I think it was a generator or air con unit. Therefore we slept badly
4,8 Okay
Pros: Liked location and cleanliness.
Cons: Too much for not enough. No hot water. Tiny room. Air was turned off as it was explained it was no longer busy but we were charged high season rates. (September 18)

10,0 Excellent
Cons: Breakfast is getting less attractive and tasty.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The safety was good. The staff was fairly hospitable and courteous. The location was fairly good too. Its quiet and fairly close to the beach. Its accesible by bus and train
Cons: There was no tea/coffee in the rooms. The quality of the tissue could be better. The rooms are just basic. There are very few restaurants nearby
7,9 Good
Pros: This hotel has private underground parking. For car travelers it is big plus as there are quite problematic to leave the car near the hotel. Good beaches not far from hotel. Basic hotel with basic breakfast. There is a swimming pool (did not used). One stop (Roquebrune Cap-Martin) with train and nice beach walk back (5km) around Cape Martin. To Monaco by car 20 min. and by train 10 min. Train station is 5 min. walk.
Cons: Coffee! I thought that filtered American type coffee is already history. Such coffee is bad for your stomach. Specially prepared espresso changed nothing. Hope they will change something. But without taking into account coffee, breakfast exceeded expectations.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Staff very friendly.
Cons: A bit dated, but it served my needs well.
7,5 Good
Cons: Parking was complicated. They need to allocate parking for the hotel and not street parking.
7,5 Good
Pros: It was a great spot to go to the beach from. 10 min walking and wonderful beach.
Cons: The room was too cold when we arrived. It was not clear about how much was the parking. The air conditioning was not regolabile.
7,5 Good
Pros: Nice simple double room, clean and spacious. Hotel is situated in what seemed like a quiet area, but still only a couple of minutes walk from the beach.
