Most guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location near the airport, making it ideal for travelers. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, unfriendly or unhelpful staff, and problems with service such as room readiness, shuttle availability, and amenities. Some guests found the beds uncomfortable or the breakfast lacking, though a few mentioned positive experiences with certain staff members and quiet rooms. Overall, the location is the main positive, while service and cleanliness need improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
