Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access major attractions and transportation. Many also appreciated the friendly and helpful service from the staff. However, several reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, uncomfortable beds, and problems with the bathrooms, such as lack of hot water, mold, and broken fixtures. While some rooms were described as spacious and well-decorated, others were found to be small or poorly maintained. Overall, the location and service stood out as the main positives, while cleanliness and comfort were common concerns.
