Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to access public transport and local attractions. Cleanliness was also highlighted positively in several reviews, with some guests noting well-maintained rooms and common areas. However, many guests were disappointed by the small room sizes, inconvenient or poorly maintained bathrooms (often located outside the room), and lack of or malfunctioning amenities such as kitchen facilities and air conditioning. Issues with noise, uncomfortable beds, and misleading photos or descriptions were also mentioned. Overall, while the location and cleanliness stood out, there were notable concerns about comfort and facilities.
