Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews reveal a mixed experience at this hotel. Many guests appreciate the central location and convenient access to public transport, as well as the good value for price. However, there are frequent complaints about poor cleanliness, unhelpful or unfriendly service, and maintenance issues such as broken air conditioning and water outages. Noise from the street and other rooms is also a recurring problem. Despite these negatives, some guests found the rooms comfortable and the staff friendly, especially considering the budget-friendly rates.
