Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city on foot and access major attractions. The staff consistently receive high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and hospitality, with several guests mentioning specific employees who made their stay memorable. Cleanliness is also a strong point, with many reviews noting spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. However, some guests found the rooms to be quite small for the price, and there were mixed opinions about the breakfast variety. Overall, the positives of location, service, and cleanliness stand out most.
