Comfort room quite nice. Clean. Wait staff in lounge/bar and restaurant very good and accommodating.
Front desk personnel unwelcoming. No eye contact, no smile and even upon check out when we thanked them, no thank you or you're welcome'. We travel a lot. Have never felt so dreadful. Sorry we went here.
