The staff is frequently described as friendly, helpful, and attentive, contributing positively to guests' experiences. Breakfast is generally appreciated for its variety and quality, though a few mention limited options. However, several reviews note that the rooms and bathrooms are dated, with some maintenance and cleanliness issues reported.
