We arrived via hotel chauffeur at 12am. The chauffeur was not friendly at all. We thought the trip would turn out horrible due to our experience with the chauffeur. The trip actually turned out better than expected. I would recommend having someone a little more friendlier when picking up guest.

Hi yesterday I left from there and I want to say that it’s very clean and tidy hotel. I will recommend it to everyone. Even the staff are very helpful and nice. Always with a smile. The breakfast was really delicious. 100% good

Good location near piazza di Spanga, where the underground is also located. However, a bit far away from the rest of the sights.
Staff were not very polite apart from the person carrying the luggage.

Well located..walking distance to Spanish Stairs. Friendly Staff. Spacious Rooms Breakfast was good. Restaurant was very good.
The closest metro : Barberini had been closed since March 2019... which meant a longer walk to the Hotel than expected .
