location is so good！
This is a very central hotel, within walking distance of many objectives, as well as close to restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping. The room was comfortable, if a little crowded. Breakfast was good, offering a few savoury options on top of the classic Italian sweet breakfast. The hotel helped with booking a car for the airport.
The breakfast room was a bit small and crowded for the number of guests. Coffee could have been better.
fantastic location. We went everywhere by foot. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, and available until 11 at night.
We heard every word said in the corridor, which made the room noisy. we had 2 cards, one for opening the room and one for entering the hotel at night. Once we could not enter the hotel, the card did not work at a time where the staff was not there, but hopefully other gests came and opened for us.
We really liked this area. Around 2 corners from the Spanish Steps and only 1-2k from the major attractions in Rome's centre. Bus stops and metro stations were close by too which was a bonus. I really recommend the Roma Pass for entry to 2 museums + public transport which is so close to the hotel. Buy online and collect though as the Tourist Information can be quite full on ;) Breakfast here is great, they don't give you much info on this there's: cereal, yogurt, fruit, scrambled egg, sausage, bacon, a selection of breads and pastries and teas and coffees, it really sets you up for the day.
The walls are a bit thin but to be honest everyone is so tired in the evening from roaming around Rome that they all seem to go off to sleep pretty quick so not a huge problem and we didn't even feel it necessary to mention to staff.
Nice room. Great location. very good breakfast, Staff was great, very helpful and nice.
Elevator was very small and didn't go down all the way to the lobby, you had to take the stairs one floor up with luggage.
