Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the Vatican and public transport, making it convenient for exploring Rome. The staff received many compliments for being friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and the hotel was often described as clean and comfortable. However, the breakfast was a frequent point of criticism, with many guests finding it lacking in variety and quality.
