Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's central location near Termini station, making transportation and access to attractions very convenient. However, many found the breakfast lacking in quality and variety, and several reviews mention issues with room size and cleanliness. Service receives mixed feedback, with some staff described as friendly and helpful, while others were considered unfriendly or unhelpful. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location, but improvements are needed in breakfast, room comfort, and service consistency.
