Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the outstanding hospitality and helpfulness of the hosts, especially Caroline, who provided valuable tips and went out of her way to accommodate guests' needs. The location was repeatedly described as excellent—close to major attractions, public transport, and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Cleanliness was another highlight, with many reviews noting spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. Breakfast, though typically Italian and sometimes basic, was appreciated for its quality and convenience. Comfortable beds and overall room comfort were also mentioned positively, although a few guests found the beds or pillows firmer than their preference. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended for its service, location, and cleanliness.
