Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access tourist attractions and public transport. The staff, especially at reception and during breakfast, were frequently described as friendly, helpful, and attentive. Cleanliness was also a highlight, with many guests noting clean and well-maintained rooms. Breakfast generally received positive remarks for quality and service, though a few guests found it plain or had minor issues. However, noise was a recurring negative, with several guests mentioning poor sound insulation, street noise, and loud air conditioning units disrupting sleep. Despite some dated facilities and occasional minor complaints, the overall experience was positive, especially for location, service, and cleanliness.
