Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location near Termini Station, making it easy to access public transportation and explore Rome. The service, especially the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and host, was frequently highlighted as a standout feature. Cleanliness was also consistently mentioned positively, with many guests noting tidy rooms and well-maintained facilities. Several reviews appreciated the thoughtful amenities such as complimentary drinks, snacks, and convenient luggage storage. However, a few guests found the room and bathroom sizes to be small and some mentioned issues with air conditioning or noise, but these were outweighed by the positive experiences overall.
