Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, friendly and helpful staff, and the overall cleanliness of the facilities. Many appreciate the variety and quality of breakfast and dinner options. However, several guests express disappointment with the restaurant service and food quality, noting issues such as limited vegetarian options, slow replenishment, and occasional rudeness from staff. Some reviews also mention that parts of the hotel and rooms appear dated and could benefit from renovation. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects, especially the staff and location, stand out in guest feedback.
