Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's proximity to St. Mary's Hospital and some found the rooms spacious and the price reasonable. However, the majority of reviews were negative, citing poor cleanliness, outdated facilities, uncomfortable beds, and unsatisfactory service. Many guests also mentioned issues with maintenance, lack of amenities, and problems with accessibility. Overall, while the location is convenient for hospital visits, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and comfort.
