Stayed at the Sandman Signature in Richmond, BC for a conference. All went very well. Front desk staff were excellent, on-site restaurants - Chop and Denny's - were handy, and Chop was excellent in food and ambiance, and the rooms were clean and well-apportioned. Nice attention to detail, such as when I asked for a kettle, and it arrived right away.

Asked two different staff members for directions. No one could help.(simple directions, like how to get to the freeway.) Coffee bar had only 2% milk for coffee. No,none-dairy milk at all. Asked to exchange small amount of US currency. They were unable to help Had dinner in Chop steak house. It was excellent.

Pros (+) Reception manager Lin was outstanding. Responded to a couple of my misunderstanding and was really helpful doing some printing and scanning.
Cons (-) Clarify that at this point the shuttle is not running 24 hours as advertised. They did provide a taxi at 4am for me at no charge.
