Pros (+) Reception manager Lin was outstanding. Responded to a couple of my misunderstanding and was really helpful doing some printing and scanning.
Cons (-) Clarify that at this point the shuttle is not running 24 hours as advertised. They did provide a taxi at 4am for me at no charge.

Cons (-) Yellow stains on sheets. In-room heater very, very noisy and thus unusable. When staff were notified of these items at checkout, they took note of them but made no effort to offer compensation.
