Pros (+) Location of the the hotel
Cons (-) You could have at least refilled the toilet paper with new ones. We used the one that the previous customer used. What if there’s a communicable disease to it? The bathroom stinks so bad. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. We asked the housekeeper and she told us she would call us back but she didnt even dare to do so. And hopefully next time, you could add some breakfast.

Pros (+) The bed and linen very comfortable. I originally booked at the Airport Sandman and was greeted very warmly by the staff there who told me I was upgraded to the Signature because of room problems.
Cons (-) My check-in at Signature was not friendly and quite abrupt. She also waited quite a long time to call me - the couple being attended to by the other staff was somewhat spread out over 2 spaces until she asked them to move over - but it was about 10 minutes at least. It was enough time for the airline crew to check in completely! After a 17 hour flight with another leg to go, it was not welcoming. ...

Cons (-) Only blanket in room is a rather heavy down comforter. I sleep way too hot under a comforter of this weight, but not warm enough under only a sheet.
