Pros (+) The bed was comfortable-
Cons (-) We found that our bathroom was not cleaned and we had to have housekeeping come clean it. Hairs all over bathtub. Then we were afraid of what else might not have been cleaned?? Roman came to our room and got the problem corrected and offered a voucher to the airport the next day. Appreciated but still—-creepy. Oh, and the dinner in the restaurant was tasteless. Can’t recommend.

Cons (-) It was under construction! Restaurant was closed and you couldn’t get to the gym without going to the front desk. Pros (+) One of the things that make this a really great stay for my is it is so close to the Skytrain. I cannot be bothered to drive in Vancouver and having the train so close makes getting around the city so easy. As for all hotels the staff make or break the hotel.
