Our air conditioner didn’t work and while someone came to “fix” it twice, the last night, they didn’t even try and brought a fan. The mattress was also extremely hard

Pros (+) Comfortable bed and the place overall is nice. Very close to the airport and a free shuttle runs every 20 minutes between airport and hotel. Staff was excellent and cost of room was reasonable.
Cons (-) There are no options for off-site dining within walking distance and restaurant prices at the hotel are ridiculous. We called down to see how much the Breakfast Buffet was and front desk stated $25/person. I know there are some options when booking the room where you can get the breakfast included at a little cheaper price, but we decided to eat at the airport because it was cheaper.

Pros (+) it was a pleasant experience, we checked in early and was given the 3 out of 4 rooms we reserved. rooms are clean and comfortable and surprisingly quiet despite proximity to the airport. Breakfast buffet was good and service great. overall a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

Pros (+) First time I have booked through kyak and when we got to the hotel we were not given the room we booked and paid for a deluxe king room but a much inferior queen room. We had to go back to the desk and complain and we're eventually given a king room but not a deluxe room. The hotel told us they only give out rooms they have if you book on line not the one you paid for. Won'the using kyak again. H
