Our stay was perfect
The room was quiet and had a nice view.
The staff was wonderful, helpful, informative, friendly and kind.
Check in was very fast and friendly. It was quiet in our room, we weren't disturbed by upstairs neighbors or hallway noise.
The beds were hard and uncomfortable. Not the usual Hampton Inn bed I'm used too. We went swimming in the pool and there was a huge group of kids screaming and jumping on top of us. At one point one of boys threw the life preserver at my 3 year old while we were holding him in the water. The pool was visible to the front desk and they did nothing to stop these kids/teenagers. Everyone in the pool was being bothered and had to tell them to stop. Last but not least, the breakfast was ok. My husband went down with the kids to get breakfast at 9:45 am and he helped our 3 year old get some cereal, my 11 year old wanted a waffle but the woman had already put the cups of batter away. My husband sat the cereal down to let the little one eat and went back to get himself something when the woman with long black hair slammed the partition door shut. It was just rude and she closed it early.
Even though it was 85 degrees outside, both beds had a heavy duvet. Even with the air conditioner on the duvet was very uncomfortable. Finally after an hour of trying to sleep, I found a single bed size cotton blanket in the closet.
Great hot breakfast (eggs and potatoes were very tasty and there were also waffles, hard boiled eggs, and several other options). Really enjoyed how updated this property was overall (super comfortable beds).
Would recommend adding biscuits and gravy to the breakfast options.
