Overall, guests highlight the hotel's excellent location, often mentioning its proximity to the city center, beach, and transport links. Many reviewers appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the comfort of the beds. However, cleanliness is a recurring concern, with several guests noting issues with room hygiene, bathrooms, and common areas. While some found the rooms and amenities satisfactory, others were disappointed by the extra charges for services like air conditioning and limited breakfast options. Despite these drawbacks, the convenient location and positive service experiences stand out.
