Nice breakfast and food in the poolbar
The sunbeds at the beach could have been free for hotel customers
Very nice room with nice sea sight? Lovely restaurants and pools.
A little noisy in the morning, people waking up at 5/6am in contiguous rooms.
uncomfortable pillows, bed linen and bathrobes with holes
The best things were: - Staff. Very attentive, polite, spoke several languages. All my requestes were complited almost instantly. - Breakfast. There were enough variety (eggs, omelets, pancackes, poridge, cheese, ham, greek yogurts, fresh juices, fruits, veggies, deserts, etc.), almost each day they've presented something new. - wi-fi was pretty fast and coverage was good in any place of hotel.
I would rate this hotel 6 out of 10 in general, because of: 1. Not enough space. Common space was not enough for this amount of rooms. All sunbeds near pool were occupied all the time. It felt very crowdy, you can hangout only at the restaurant. I traveled with wife and child, and frankly there was nothing to do with the child. 2. Our room didn't match photos on booking, it was small, ceiling was low. Interior was clean, I can't say that it was old, but definitely needs some renewal, the balcony was more spacious than you could expect. Generally it was mediocre experience. 3. Music was shouting almost every night until 11-11:30 p.m., so you can imagine how it was for a child's sleep. 4. Though they declare they have free parking, during my 14 days stay it wasn't even a SINGLE time that It wasn't completely occupied. So each evening I had to drive all over the neighborhood to search for a spot, which sometimes was very exhausting after an intense day, and several times I had to leave a car at the paid parking. 5. It's allowed to smoke on balconies of any room, which seems wild to me happening in the European country nowadays. We were lucky enough, that our neighbors were heavy smokers, so our child smelled smoke regularly. I don't know whether it's not prohibited in Greece, or they just don't follow the law, but there were a lot of smokers in many public places.
Excellent food and attentive staff.
As we were a large group, we found it difficult to sit together in the bar area. The furniture is rather large and inflexible.
