Room was very comfortable. Staff was exceptional, especially Olivia at El Dorado desk! Restaurant's were very good.
Drinx bar. I went to bar one day and service was excellent. We went to seating area and were ignored by waitress. Another couple who waited for an hour and had problem's walking were rudely told the staff could only clean up area. and not allowed to take order's. Very poor service to customer's!
We stayed in one of the newly remodeled rooms. It was fresh, clean and perfectly located.
The staff were fantastic and friendly.
Old beat up furniture. Bathroom was not clean.
Room wasn't very clean, wallpaper was peeling, the shower curtain was old and discolored, tub was old and discolored.
Liked the stuff between the three hotels
Reserved a luxury room but room was fairly standard. More a large motel room. No refrigerator, microwave. Nice tv Good price though. Casino minimums at the tables are two high and table games are fewer each time we visit. Just as I sat to play 5 a hand blackjack the pit guy changed it to 25 a hand. So mostly gambled down the street and came back to eat and sleep.
