The price was significantly less than other hotels and it was centrally located. We walked from Harrahs to other casinos with no issue.
Good location & and excellent cost of value! With pool and other facilities in hotel. We enjoyed our staying.
Over all the hotel is a bit old, window curtains are falling apart. Elevators are already cleaned but still feels dirty. Walls are peeling off...
Our mattress had a lump and slanted on one side. The rooms need updating. There very small. First night was comp- really had a hard time paying for the next two nights. The casino staff was very nice.
The location was great.
The rooms could have used more in depth cleaning.
Hash Hash a Go Go breakfast was amazing. Delicious but the portion sizes were probably even too big. All of the staff in the hotel and casino were professional, helpful, and friendly. The casino air seemed very clean. I usually don’t like going in casinos due to all the smoke but I didn’t notice it at all in Harrahs except when someone was sitting right near me smoking.
The base price of the rooms is great but the resort fee gets tacked on and so I can only say the price was a good value, but not a great value.
Location of room.
Not enough variety on room service menu.
Harrahs Reno is a hotel stuck in the 90's
Their decor is shabby and all the rooms smell like smoke plus the staff is rude. Spend a little more and stay at a better place
Pretty much everything. It smelled like cigarettes, the staff was rude, the food is cheap and disgusting, the decor hasn't been upgraded since the early 90's and the table games are virtually empty
Dirty
Nothing
Sinks and tubs didn’t drain. Toilet seat all chipped up. Barely looked like room was vacuumed as there were food crumbs on floor near bed frame.
Gross
Convenient location, cheap base price
By the time I paid all the fees ($1.50 for in-room coffee, $10 for non-smoking room, $18 ‘resort fee’ that consisted of WiFi and the fitness center, etc. I could have booked a regular motel that didn’t reek of cigarette smoke.
Room was clean and spacious, but not particularly comfortable. Restaurants either closed too soon or not open at all. A total waste!
Everything!
staff was kind and bed was comfortable but floor carpet was dirty.
The Hotel is very close to airport. The front desk staff was very kind and the bed was comfortable.
The rooms floor carpet was dirty.
I didn’t like that the WiFi was limited to 2 users when traveling as a
All the amenities are great. Many restaurant choices. Close to everything.
The insulation between rooms was poor. We awoke one morning to our neighbor's phone conversation. We could hear every word he said. Were disappointed we would have to pay ten dollars for internet and another ten for pool/spa.
I have received everything which I need in this trip
Harrah's is a great Hotel and the location in Reno was great as you can walk to almost every casino in town.
very large, clean and comfortable rooms ( & only 55$/night,, Aug2010) ; a good stopover for the before/after burning man
no free internet service , casino
Better maintained than I expected. An excellent functional option in downtown Reno. Probably a good choice for business folks as well.
Charged for wifi access.
It was OK overall. Getting around could be a little confusing, but I think this is by design, as you are constantly routed thru the gambling areas.
The bathroom had mold and mildew on the caulking around the tub and the water pressure was very poor.
Staff was friendly, room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, Downtown location convenent to other gaming casinos.
Didn't like the hotel.
Most of it.
Nice, comfortable room.
