Great place at the ocean
The staff was welcoming and cheery. Very hospitable offering parkjng and bathroom facilities before checkin and after checkout.

nice clean motel near the beach
Good quality beds and pillows, the pool, the location only two blocks from the beach, friendly staff, free parking, fridge and microwave. We had a great stay in Rehoboth Beach

Clean and great location!
This was the cleanest motel I've stayed in by far!
The only negative thing was that the pool closed at sunset. My kids like swimming at night while on vacation.

Nothing except the help to get into another hotel with an elevator. Did not stay there.

Friendly and helpful
The owners were incredibly nice and helpful. They were also very flexible given that it was off season. It is two block from the beach, and one block from downtown. Finally the motel room had a larger than normal mini fridge that had a separate freezer and a microwave.

“The property is conveniently located to seemingly everything including a short walk to the main strip and a 10 minute or so walk down to the boardwalk. We had a great stay at the property and found it to be an excellent value. The rooms have a rather classic motel layout including maximizing the space often leaving barely enough room to get around. Everything was clean and worked as an excellent headquarters during our vacation.”

“Staff was sweet, hotel was super clean! Excellent location- short walk to beach and many fabulous restaurants and shops within walking distance! Everything you need down the fantastic little Bath and body works shampoos and Soap bars! Pool was great, location was safe! We were extremely happy and will be back to stay at this little gem!”
