Pros (+) Was closer to where I needed to be
Cons (-) Put better curtains to make the room darker. There was a bright light right in front of my window that kept me up all night because the curtains weren’t thick enough to block out light. Bath tub was stained.

Pros (+) Decor is nice and modern. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good - fresh and well stocked. Room was a good size and clean. Bed was comfortable. We had no noise issues at all; every night was a quiet stay. I like the "constant fan" feature of the HVAC unit; I normally sleep with a fan on for white noise so this was a big help! Many hotels don't have this feature.
Cons (-) It's obviously a converted motel and in some ways it still feels like one. Only two floors, so forget about any kind of view. (I never understand this about Redmond hotels - the town is surrounded by mountains!) Our view from the second floor was of the Burger King next door. Biggest dislike was no HD on the TV!
