Many reviews highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, contributing positively to their stay. While some found the beds comfortable and appreciated the value for money, others were disappointed by maintenance problems, noise, and basic amenities. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others finding it lacking. Overall, the location and service stood out as the hotel's main strengths, but improvements in cleanliness and facilities are needed.
