Pros (+) Bed was very comfortable, but not real pleased with the comforter. Breakfast food for the conference was ok, the eggs were not. The staff here was AMAZING! Hats off to Katie and Hannah; excellent with customer service.
Cons (-) My reservation was for a suite, as confirmed with my emails. But upon arrival; they put me in a two bed standard room. I feel this was poor with IHG and the way they handled the situation. As for the two at the hotel, I'm pleased with how they worked with me. I'm still not satisfied with the outcome.
