I received a phone call the day before scheduled pick up. Employee and I confirmed pickup "around 12 noon". However when I showed up at noon the office was closed and I could not get the rental, which I NEEDED as transportation to the airport. I tried calling several times and knocking on door but nobody answered. I was left high and dry. Unacceptable.10,0 Wonderful
