The pool was great. The wifi was okay but clearly slowed down due to the number of individuals who were on it. Okay for emails, searches, but most likely not enough juice for videos. The clear highlights were the location. The 4 minute walk to the beach and 1 minute walk (it's literally outside the gate) to Manuel Antonio Park are to die for. Along the way, up to 4-5 men will attempt to stop you, open your window yell "San Bada" and keep on going. One day of my visit, I sat on the balcony and watched 20 spider monkeys jumping from the trees. Some were very testy and came within feet of my railing. Francisco who works the front desk is phenomenal. He will take care of you.
Wonderful great place to stay, for one the location right next too park, A good way to get some exercise lose a few pounds and enjoy the beach pristine it is so lovely, love the staff Karla is so sweet and helpful
Great views, rooms with lots of space.
Run like an old big hotel, with no focus on the customer nor service details. Expensive for what you get. Breakfast was poor. An average hotel. No expresó machine. No frigobar. No shop for water, candy etc. Hot in common areas, no AC nor ceiling fans (!).
Great location with great views!
The hotel is right next to the rain forest and is pretty amazing! You can see monkeys from your room. It's walking distance to the beach as well. Staff was very good as well.
The hotel did not have my reservation when I checked in. But it wasn't an issue they got me checked in.
We stayed in a deluxe room with a king bed and jacuzzi bath. It was outstanding. We could see the ocean from our balcony and the rainforest is quite literaly right next to the property. I can't say enough about how good the experience was. I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else if I went back. Christian, one of the hotel's concierge staff members, was especially helpful. I went on an excursion and accidentally left my credit card back at the hotel, except I needed it for the excursion. Christian exceeded my expectations by helping with the logistics by finding a workaround to avoid what would have otherwise been a big problem. As a result, I had an amazing experience. Everything else was incredible - from the swim up bar in the pool to the roof deck. I really can't say enough about it.
Everything about the property and staff consistently exceeded my expectations. I have no complaints.
