Good location (easy walk) , good friendly staff, nice views.

Lovely hotel and central in Queenstown. Was lucky to get a room with waterfront views and ground floor access. Very comfortable beds and clean and relevant furnishings.
Bath/shower was very narrow, but functional.

The Breakfast was great and the location could not have been better. The Staff were amazing and customer service was excellent. you have a great positive team.
I had no complaints except I wish I could have stayed longer.
