The location was perfect! Excellent pricing considering how close it is to town. Awesome staff and easy to deal with, especially when it came to the valet of our car. Yum breakfasts and we were extra pleased that we got a room upgrade :) overall pleased with our stay and we'd definitely come back!

The Crown Plaza was amazing. Some rooms have views of Lake Wakatipu. We had s mountain view but we had a view of the lake from the breakfast room. The Staff are very friendly. The rooms are large and clean. You could request a different pillow type if not comfortable with the large feather pillows provided. The variety of food at breakfast was excellent. The hotel is located near restaurants and bars along the lake. Everything is within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.
There was nothing we didn’t like. It was just perfect.
