Pros (+) The staff were really friendly and welcoming, and they made us feel pampered. Design of the room was exceptional. It was also very quiet and comfortable. Amenities were excellent. Convenient location, just far enough away from the busy road and nightlife.
Cons (-) The bed was really uncomfortable. The heater was also too powerful next to the bed, and we turned it off at night out of necessity. Neither of us had a good night's sleep while we were there.
