Sofitel Queenstown - Hotel & Spa

Very smooth check in with Georgina who was simply fantastic , very professional, friendly and confident. Gorgeous room, very comfortable bed, amazing location and incredibly helpful staff Looking forward to my next stay !

Excellent staff, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location close to all the restaurants and bars. It's also a great location if your skiing/snowboarding, the hotel is just across the road from the buses.

Breakfast was hit and miss - coffee wasn't great. Parking sometimes difficult, you had to park on the street or the secure parking across the road. Balcony backed onto the street so you wouldn't really use it.

Fabulous staff and property

The staff is so very welcoming and accommodating. Great location - steps away from the shops and restaurants. Very comfortable room, comfy bed with soft linens - large bathroom including a jetted tub. wish we could've taken the hotel and staff along to our remaining destinations throughout the South Island.
