Room was too small and was smelly.
Not young family accesible ... Ex; no elevator for strollers etc ... Have to carry stroller all the way upstairs.
No coffee maker in room. No water pressure in shower and loud.
The location is a close drive to old Quebec and they offered free continental breakfast.
The hotel seemed to be like a early 2000s cell company. By that I mean there where hidden costs and features we didn't think we would have to ask for. I'll elaborate starting with the price, hotels.com had a quoted price of $400 for our stay but I had not read the "fine print" which increased our stay to over 600 dollars and is a skeezy business move and not done by other big name hotel brands. Next its 2020, why are we still allowing smoking in hotels, its gross and makes an establishment seem dingy and dirty. Last but not least, the bathroom facilities, water pressure is usually and issue but in this hotel its like a fire hose paired with the shower only having a fabric current and not a plastic one, the floor and current were in turn wet and musty. There is a reason some hotels prospering and other clearly aren't.
All was very good
