Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent service and friendly staff, with many mentioning the helpfulness and professionalism of the team across reception, housekeeping, and dining. The location is also frequently praised for its proximity to attractions and beautiful views. However, there are repeated complaints about the elevators being out of service, cleanliness issues in some areas, and mixed opinions on the breakfast and food quality. Overall, while the staff and location stand out as positives, maintenance and cleanliness need improvement.
