pros: terrific location; easy walk to anything and everything in centro and romantic zones. room was clean, comfortable. cons: staff was hit and miss, some excellent, some indifferent. heater for hot tub was broken and they seemed in no hurry to fix it. the included breakfast was quite good overall with a nice variety of options and great service. however, the coffee was thin and barely drinkable ...

Pros (+) The staff and service at this hotel were above and beyond expectations. The location is perfect being that it is steps away from everything that Viejo Vallarta offers and even closer to the malecon and the beach. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Cons (-) Like one of the reviewers noted, I too was placed in a room that faced the air conditioning units in the courtyard. The best outcome for this situation is that I know I would have been moved to a better room if I had asked. But I was only there one night so didn't bother.
