Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently reported issues with service, including unfriendly or insufficient staff, delays at check-in, and problems with reservations. Cleanliness was also a recurring complaint, with mentions of dirty bathrooms, towels, and rooms. Noise disturbances from construction, crowded areas, and thin walls were noted as negative experiences. While some guests appreciated the location, pool area, and select staff members, overall satisfaction was hampered by these persistent problems.

Great location, close to the airport and not too far heading downtown, felt safe, friendly staff. We didn’t have water one evening and that same day there was no hot water. Loud Construction going on as well.
