Pros (+) I used to appreciate the security guard and semi closed parking lot. Sportsbook - bar on site
Cons (-) Semi dead cockroach in bathroom of first room. Water on floor of entryway of bottom floor room (leaked in from rain). Beds are matresses on hard - fixed boxes. Only had 3 toels and zero washcloths in room, asked for 5 more and were only given 2 more after long verbal pleading with security guard ( who appears to make all decisions about requests)Bathroom toilet not working in 2nd room.
