Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the town, the beach, and nearby attractions. The staff received high marks for their friendliness and helpfulness, often going above and beyond to accommodate guests. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several reviews mentioning dirty rooms and lack of maintenance. Breakfast was also frequently criticized for its limited variety and quality, falling short of expectations for a four-star hotel. Despite these drawbacks, many guests appreciated the spacious rooms and overall value, especially for families.AI-generated from customer reviews
