The advantage is excellent transport accessibility, its own spacious parking lot for cars and buses and the nearby metro Budějovická or Pankrác (approx. 10 minutes on foot), enabling an easy journey to the center of Prague. The journey by metro to the city center takes just 7 minutes from the Pankrác metro and 8 minutes from Budějovická. Exit - upper part of Wenceslas Square, stop Muzeum.
