Pros (+) The staff, location, breakfast/food quality and the adjacent restaurant - absolutely outstanding! The staff deserves particular mentioning: polite, fast, friendly. All those aspects went above 5 stars, in my opinion.
Cons (-) The beds/mattresses are in need of replacement. It may have only been my personal preference, but our mattress was quite soft and the bed rather low to the ground - almost dorm style. Any hotel of $250+/night we've stayed at, had more substantial beds. Again, personal preference applies here and call it a simple, non deal breaking observation.
